Best Reggae songs to listen to while working out?
After reading some of the recent threads here about fitness, Markus and I were inspired to start working out again. We now have a 24 hour fitness membership.
We have 36 days until Negril and we decided to tone up and set some realistic weight loss goals.
I asked Markus what he'd like to look like in 36 days.
He said Bruce Lee.
I decided to shoot for a Bond girl body. (Ursula or Halle)
As you can see we're both going into this with VERY realistic goals! Ha!
But in all seriousness, we are attempting to get back in shape. I had turned to food for comfort during a difficult time and now I want to shed that extra weight so I can fit into my bathingsuit. I've been looking for some good reggae music to listen to while running on the treadmill. I love Bob Marley but most of his songs make me just want to kick back and chill out... not really work out per se
Right now I've been listening to "MOVE" by Damian Marley on repeat

Does anyone have any other suggestions for good upbeat Jamaican reggae music to listen to while your working out?
Thanks guys!

Reggae is more my cool down music, lol. I have to listen to angry music when I run. I am currently trying to find a way to work in some reggae songs into my Zumba class.

Oh HOLLA! Temperature is going into the rotation! I'll start choreographing it tomorrow. I'm going to borrow moves from that video! Awesome!
