Easily done in one day. We did it a few years ago with Black River Safari and lunch as well. I would skip Black River for more time at YS and Appleton. Lots of things to eat along the way!

We have done Appleton, YS Falls and the Black River in a day easily, just do Appleton last because you might be drunk when you leave there, it's all you can drink after the tour
Kingsley is great, we had him take us to Mayfield Falls last month
