Unlike Mr. brasi who is worried about upsetting the apple cart ie splashing the bar or upsetting other guests at the Seastar. I see it potentially as a mega event both onsite and beamed over the internet to 6 Billion people and hopefully raising money for a worthwhile cause.

Hey Brasi!!.....and all the usual suspects.. I look forward to meeting you all and hope to be at Seastar for the contest, along with my lady, who is a newbie to our lil slice of heaven on earth. If the 10th spot isn't taken, I suppose I could volunteer my services. That said, my lil frame probably won't do much damage to the competition, but it will do some MEGA DAMAGE to any sub sandwich that comes within 20ft. of me....HEHE!! C ya there!!!!
