I do recall Alfred telling me that he had never left Jamaica in his entire life. He will certainly be missed and I am so sad that his life was ended too soon.

i am speechless, he just dropped us off at the airport on sat.. Gave him a hug and said " see ya next year". Words can't express my sorrow.
Like so many have said - I loved coming out of the Mobay airport to see a smiling and familar face waiting for us. In 2010 when Catcha was hit was hit with Tropical Storm Nicole we had to move our wedding location. Alfred drove us to several locations before we happily settled on the first place he took us - Xtabi. He even attended our wedding! Last spring when Alfred was returning us to Mobay we had the pleasure of meeting his young son. Alfred was taking him shopping in Mobay for school shoes. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to know Alfred and call him my friend.
My deepest sympathy to his family and Tracy.

My deepest sympathy to his family and Tracy our thoughts are with you as well.
Such a shock to us all.
Sending prayers out to all his family and loved ones.
We are both so sad from this news. Just finding out and trying to write this through tears. We were hoping to meet up with him last month during our travels. We are so sorry we didn't meet up. Another great Jamaican taken away so early in life.
We are going to miss you so very much.
Thoughts and prayers going out to the family and others who's hearts have been touched by his.
RIP Alfred
