Home after seven great days with a back pack full of 3 beef pattie, 3 chicken. 3 veg, 3 meatloaf and 3 cocobread.
Birthday was fantastic. I'll post the party pictures from the yard on photo bucket tomorrow. We had about 30 people one or two you might recognize.
We spent 6 of our seven days at the yard........so sweet to have the family together again
Diner with Paula at 3 dives one night and at Seastar the other nights...Izel cooked for us two afternoons so we had appetizers for dinner.
BTW. Paula seasoned the ram goat we had at the party for curry for 24 hours......Nice to visit with she and Lydie(sp?) outside the restaurant. The family boys made the "manish" water, Mommy's boyfriend is a Rasta chef and roasted fish stuffed with Calaloo for the dreads in attendance, fried chicken, rice and peas, and my birthday cake with a captain's hat on it from Hammonds ....fantastic....
What a really nice week......Happy to be back home in St. Augustine (80ยบ) and planning the next work trip in late June
