Hi there -
Is there any issue with the number of bottles of rum cream you bring back? I know they box it up at the airport so you can have it as a carry on. We'd like to bring back 8 bottles or more...
Thanks,
Karen

Gosh I hope there isn't a limit! That would be horrible, because I plan on stocking up next trip as well......we went through ours way too fast!
Mmmmmmmmm, rum cream!
I don't think there is a limit...there is a limit on liquor of two bottles...I don't think they consider rum cream a liquor.
I consider it a coffee additive :-)
I believe the duty free limit is 2 litters and after that you need to pay duty.

Great - thank you!!!! My husband will be VERY happy! I agree...we go through it WAY too fast, and it IS a coffee additive! I like the way you think!
Thanks again,
Karen
I've brought back as many as 9 bottles at a time and never had to pay duty on them.

Yep....definitely a coffee additive!![]()
As WhiteSandSok stated above, I have never paid duty on rum cream either. I bought 4 bottles to bring home this past December.![]()
There isn't enough alcohol in Rum Cream for customs to consider it as a liquor. With that being the case No pun intended for when you're buying in bulk quantities) there is no limit to the amount you can bring back to the States.
