well - been back a few days

i agreed n and the next day iwent down to the pharmacy - told him my daughter had a similar illness last week and she was prescribed a zpac - and he agreed thats what should take - gave me the pills at a cheaper price them america.. might of been risky - but boy was it the right choice, because by the next day it seemed i was already getting better.. anyways - i felt like CRAP and i decided right or wrong i wasnt doin anything that day.. so the kids swam in the pool and i rested all day, either in the chairs on the porch or the hammock.. except for a quick trip down to the beach rd.. no blue dandy again - was getting worried - but i got some smokie joes - and again - just ok - not blue dandy -- by the way - step aside is also good - as well as 'fish', but almost no one else measures up on my scale of roadside.. but i am open to suggestions.. would love to have more favs.. relaxed into the evening.. decided to have dinner - we started walking up the west end rd towards ricks.. stopped at jamcan - my girls wanted chicken - wasnt ready - so we kept walking.. stopped at a place that had jerk burritos and quesadillas - but again my youngest didnt want that so we ended up walking down seastar lane.. i have been there for saturday night b4, but never for a menu dinner - there menu is amazing - and very decent prices for the class of service you get.. a very class act indeed - i am finding i really like it there.. wouldnt mind seeing a room there to see what i think of them.. anyways had a great night drinking and visiting with the newlyweds - they really felt comfortable there as well and they went back a few more times.. i dont blame as we also went back a few more times as well. but ill get to that.. this was the last night i went to bed feeling like crap - woo hoo..
well as u might remember i met a nice woman in negril a while back - and i had been letting her know how i was - but that i had been sick and it just wasnt time to get together - my kids were with me - and i wanted to at lest feel well when we got together.. by this night she wasnt taking no for answer - and it turns out i am glad she didnt.. the kids fell asleep and she came over and sat with me on the porch just talking and getting to know each other some morefor quite a while. had a nice time, but she had to work early so around midnite i called one of friend drivers i wont mention his name, and i got her a ride home.. although the kids were having fun, and i was faking it pretty well, it wasnt tell she came by that i really started to have any fun at all. ya mon - funny how that is..


well - its a beach day.. kids love the beach we decided that we liked the boardwalk well enough, and stayed there all day.. dont get me wrong - i do enjoy the beach closer to town - but seriously - no higglers at the boardwalk - so if thats what your looking for - i recommend this beach whole heartedly.. kids had a blast.. my youngest made castles for hours - my oldest sits in the shallow water and lets the waves push her around - for hours.. yep - thats what they do - every trip - everytime.. yeah they will deviate and swim some - jump on the trampioline, but otherwise see above statement if your lookin for em.. this the kids still got hungry - funny how that happens so more kids meals from the boardwalk - i didnt fight it - if they are happy so am i - but today i was having blue dandy - even if i had to drag him to his barrel.. but thankfully he was out and on post - i ordered 3 1/2s for me and my friends - and it was by far the best i had all week - juicy throughout - the best sauce and the bread was soaked with it.. oh yeah - now i am truly in negriltopia.. things are coming together.. we get back to the room - and my fish were still swimmy so i let em swim - meanwhile my ja beauty comes by - and we visit for a spell - the kids get out of the pool after maybe a 45min, and i decide to take us to seastar for supper - so the kids can keep swimming if they like - we got a table by the pool under the awning - and the kids swam - we ordered beers and pops and appetizers and ended up staying for dinner - had a great time talking while my girls swam. i want to say again - seastar inn is kickass.. anyways back to the hotel round 9, and get the kids headed to bed.. we then walked out to a point on the cliffs and sat and looked at the stars while i tried to seem smart about the constellations - lol - memories.. had a really nice time in the starlight.. but she had come over right after work - and needed to get home so around 12 again, i said goodbye as my driver took her home..

ok, the next day i am beached out - so i decide i want to do something different.. me and the kids got in a route taxi after breakfast - and went to the bus park. from there we got in a sav route taxi and went shopping - walked all around - my friend told me to be wary of pickpockets but i wasnt worried.. lol and i was fine.. my kids got some cool stuff - went to tons of stores - my daughter thought they have the biggest burger king ever - lol but i wouldnt go there lol.. we ended up going to kfc, their kfc is cheap.. 3 pc meal with fries and drink for 450ja.. that is crazy cheaper then us kfc.. and it was great - they have spicy crispy chicken.. its awesome.. i grabbed a meal for my my ja gyal and we hopped in a route cab at the gas station for negril.. got to the bus park and jumped to a west end route and was back in good time, i then delivered the lunch i had brought - head back to the hotel for the fishies to swim.. unfortunately she had obligations that evening - her daughter needed to go to sav for a funeral dress - so since we were on our own -first i went to town to see about renting one of those island cruisers for a couple days - the price was ok 152 for 2 days, but they wanted 1000 deposit, and i just didnt want to be that deep on my card, so i opted out.. the island deal was much better -250$ deposit..so i decided against - i had gone this long figured oh well..anyways, so my friends had heard about the saturday night seastar show and buffet - so i agreed and we went.. it was a nice time.. the snapper was delicious as well as the pork pot roast and mashed potatoes.. welcomed by my picky eater.. even had chocolate cupcakes.. another jamaican buddy of mine happened by and he also knows my newlywed friends so he came with us to the show - he enjoyed it allot too it seemed.. ive never seen him eat so much - he knew what buffet was about.. lol anyways kids needed sleep so we left around 10, and i visited with the adults for a while - but not too long..
