Mi parlor is in burlington Iowa,(on the mississippi river) just a couple hrs from u.. I make 20+ flavors all based on 5 basic natural ingredients.. milk, cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.. just like the good ol days on the farm.. its great, and I would like to some day be selling my ice cream in Negril.. here's to hoping..

No idea on the water situation, but they had water at the escape, as well as seastar inn.. never heard a thing about it.. hope if it iss going on that it is resolved soon - hard enough with out those hardships to endure
