Who else has a special appreciation for the rain in NEGRIL???

I love the rain. On our first reach pretty much everyday around one the sky would darken, the husband and I would look at each other and smile, grab our things and run back to our cottage. We'd open the shutters on all the windows as the rain began to fall, than lets just say, things got a little X rated than we'd lay in bad napping or I swear to god, watch I Carly, lol.
The rainiest day of our reach was the day we went to Mayfield falls, which was really an amazing experience for me for a lot of reasons. I just remember standing in the falls with the rain falling, looking at the forest around me and just BEING. I'm a small town girl, never thought I'd go anywhere special and there I was, standing in the rain in A rainforest. Very special for me.
It made/makes me so happy just to think of it.
