Who else has a special appreciation for the rain in NEGRIL???

Of course, I love the sunshine, but that is not all that Jamaica has to give.

I love the rain which keeps Jamaica green and keeps the food we enjoy growing.

I love the rain for the possibility of rainbows - Jamaica is Rainbow Country.

I love walking in the rain in Jamaica - not like the rains here in Michigan. Most afternoons, one can just walk down (or up) the beach and walk out of the rain into sunshine.

I love the clouds, which make for beautiful sunsets. I love to spend a lazy afternoon watching the billowing cumulus clouds grow higher and higher and continuously change in shape. Clouds in the Caribbean are like no other.

We just got back from Negril last night. We had rain almost every day this trip but did not mind one tiny bit. It keeps everything looking nice and fresh. Although I could have done without the thunderstorm we had at the beginning of our trip. That was some fierce lightning!
