Wow after a very long 3 yr spell we are finally booking for Thanksgiving and giving it a shot. It will be our first time coming during the fall/winter type months as our usual month is early May. We have booked hotel on the cliffs so we can make sure we can crawl home from Jerk Fest on that Sunday.
Airfare, I'm awaiting that Delta card with my bonus miles and then its free or at least discounted ticket time LOL! Gotta play their game to get a decent deal outta MEM nowadays. In the meantime I'm watching closely if the prices go up or it starts looking like the flight will be booked. We are going to fly out on Thanksgiving Day so the flights seem to book fast. Memphis being the Most Expensive airport to fly outta of. Unforuntately we are strapped on time so it won't a long trip, but perfect for a nice getaway and NO WORK!!!
Thanksgiving will be jerk chicken, lobster and lots of red stripes.
