Dirty Banana ?

Anyone got a good dirty banana recipe ?

1 oz. Creme de Cacao, dark (DeKuyper)
1 oz. Rum Cream
2 oz. Milk
1/2 whole Banana
5 cubes Ice
1/2 oz. Sugar Syrup

Ingredients
1 banana
2 ounce tia maria
2 ounce overproof ( SHELLY OMITS THIS)
4 oz Cruzan or Sangsters Rum Cream ( homemade rum cream if not available)
1 Tablespoons Bar syrup/ clear sugar syrup( SHELLY OMITS THIS)
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 cups Ice
line inside of glass with choc. syrup after inserting straw pour (fuse) overproof rum down straw. (Shelly omits this at home and just pours syrup directly in blender)
Add all items to blender, adjust ice amount to desired constancy. Should be shake consistency and be able to easily drink through straw.

Homemade rum cream if not available for purchase:
1 can 14 oz condensed milk
1 cup white rum
1 cup heavy cream ( half and half)
2 tbles chocolate syrup
4 tsp fresh or instant coffee prepared
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
Combine rum cream ingredients on high in blender for 2 minutes. Store in air tight container or bottle. Will store 30 days in sealed bottle
