Yeah we are pretty close to the beach. I love the beach even though Galveston beaches do not compare to those I have seen traveling. Seeing white sand and clear blue water makes it hard to get in the water in Gtown. I appreciate it for what it is though. I even go to Galveston College to be near the beach even though there are other colleges closer to me.
We usually get a beach house down there every summer. My son enjoys it.
Haven't been to ATX in a while but we like to. We want to move to that area or the hill country. It is so beautiful there. My husband travels all over his region (TX) for work so we have the option.
