Ooopps - Sorry when I was there in December (just after Patrick opened for season) , he was very keen to train a couple of cooks to keep it running later into the summer.He lives in Edmonton Alberta and runs a catering business in summer so had to get hom to get that going - He will be back by late November or start of December. Don't miss the Chicken Lavish - It has been there for over 30 years and the owner is always sitting down talking to folks about Life & jamaica etc.

garysteph, It was the best meal we have had in 11 years of going to the island. I kid you not. We have tried all the other places listed, but it is like having a personal chef for the evening. We did have Bentley's crabbacks this trip and they were also great but we must of had a misunderstanding because I wanted to try the crab cakes. It's all good, one place to try for next year. Just go to Presley's the day before and place your order. We even asked for a specific time and were served within 10-15 mins. of arrival, it was so fresh and good and hot and just perfect! Any ???'s just ask. Have a great trip.
