Hair doo - micro braids with extensions

First off let me say, I am trying to help my girlfriend out. She wants to get her hair braided, but she wants it a special way. So, I am here on the boards looking for a little help from the females on this board. My girlfriend would like to get her hair done at a solan. Can I please have some contact info for any salons in the negril area. If she needed a hair cut or regular braids, no problem. But she wants her hair micro braided with extensions braided in, or something like that.

Hair salons please. Last time we had a friend of a friend do it, and it took forever.

I used Queen Bee Salon (Now Salon Negril) for my wedding and I can't say enough great things about them!

Try calling the Rayon Hotel, I think they do braids in their salon.

Brian she does realize that she will lose a few hours out of her day to get her hair done (I just got my hair done in micro braids and well thats 9 hours I can't get returned). If the option is available, I would look to get it done BEFORE she leaves so she can enjoy all of her hours vacationing. Just my little humble opinion.

Lol delta, last time we went down it took 20 hours, that wasn't dramatic enough apparently. She realizes she will loose a day, but her only day off is Sundays, so it would be tough for her to get it done here. We have talked about it and price also plays a factor. Labor down there is cheaper, and I guess it don't matter if it is hear or there still gotta spend 9 hours getting it done. I guess Jamaica salon would have interesting people watching as well.

I saw a sign for one beside Coco La Palm, but I don't remember the name. You might ask the folks at Coco.

she has been in that location for years - and can do anything with hair

Seveen, does Ann braid in hair extensions? I am Brians girlfriend (getting my hair done). I just want to be sure that braiding the hair in is something she can do at her location (i know it gets messy and the hair gets EVERYWHERE!!) as I'm looking to have the braids done all the way down and having the ends burnt. Also do you know about how much this would cost? My hair is about halfway down my should blades and i would like the braids to fall about 4 inches longer than that. Thank you so much for your help!
