My daughter cdn_79 and I just returned from our first trip to Jamaica and Negril. I wanted to say thank you to everyone for your help and advice to her in her research for our trip. It helped immensely. We knew where to go and what to see.. though a week was not nearly long enough!
We had a bumpy start as some of you know, and due to the information she knew from here, we got settled quickly into a hotel and into enjoying our vacation. It was also nice to meet some of you at the awesome Canoe bar.. great food, sunset,. music lots of fun..
I have always gone to Cuba and am involved in a forum for travel there and now I know first hand how important and helpful others are.
Jamaica will be on my list for sure to visit again.. it was a pretty darn interesting first trip! lol

Glad you both had fun Karen to bad you weren't coming down with the rest of us next weekish but looks like there is always someone going down every month so make sure you keep up on these posts as well you never know when the call of JA may strike ya.
