Since you got no replies so far I'll give u my two cents: ....SeaStar has a band and buffet every Saturday night that is not to be missed.

Ricks to see the cliff divers
Lighthouse for views
Times Square for shopping
craft market for shopping
half moon beach for a chill day on a private beach
rhodes hall for horseback riding

Definitely plan a sunset dinner at one of the cliff eateries like, Pushcart, 3 Dives, LTU, Xtabi, Ivans etc
Spend a day at Xtabi exploring the caves and cliff jumping
Spend a day walking up and down the beach visiting as many local bars and establishments as possible

There's plenty to do and see you won't be bored !!!
And there are plenty of tours within a few hours too like:
Pelican Bar
YS Falls
Appleton Estate
Black River
Mayfield Falls
