I've opened the webcast.. however I can't seem to open the Chat feature .. when I go to sign in it says I don't have access to that site contact Administrator .. :'(

Still failing Rob, mine is different though and may be on my machine I get an error see details message in the chat box which brings up a java console with a bunch of stuff related to - load: class COM.volano.MyVolanoChat.class not found.

I haven't been able to get into chat. Says its an error and that is it. No other message. Have restarted the laptop and all and still same. Can see the cast tho.
