Already had done so. There's a lot of good info there. Thanks for posting it. Every year there seem to be subtle changes. I'm looking forward to seeing what this year's changes are. Last year... more treadmills. I've only been getting back to running outside at home the last couple of weekends. It's too cool in the early morning here so I've been on the treadmill for 70 minutes every a.m. I'm looking forward to the change of running outdoors in Negril.
