yah, I noticed that too and didn't know what to think.
looks like phishing to me....
Maybe should have said the beginning of a phishing scam....let's share memories, wouldn't it be nice to see it going again, need some help to get it going, and then, won't you help???,....maybe I'm too suspicious but this sure could have been done in a way that would seem more ligit or seem more professional.

The post you are referring to is a spammer's post. The poster does not claim to be associated with 23/7, they state they are a "fellow fan" and ask you to email them. They made an identical post here and it was removed.
If you search the internet for the address, it comes up with names such as Ferris, Ferris Sanchez, Steve Kelly, Steve Bacala, Bacalao Sanchez, 23/7 Duppy, Mr Saltfish and Steve Bobker - and they have been doing this since 2004.
They used to spam posts advertising their expertise in the Dominican Republic but lately have been spamming posts regarding their internet marketing savvy. Today was the first time they have ever posted about 23/7.
I would advise not to email them...
