Mary!
First off, welcome to the board. Secondly, you hit the jackpot for your first trip..Catcha Falling Star! Way to go, though I may be a bit biased as it is truly my favorite place on earth. You will LOVE Catcha....and Libra. I always stay in Sagi (I refer to it as my home lol) but Libra is the very same room, just not directly on the water like Sagi is...but you will love it. In fact, you will love Catcha so much that you won't care what room you have....the property is amazing, the staff is like family, I miss them all so much! You can read any number of trip reports from me or others to learn and see more of Catcha....or of course, you can ask any questions you may have and we will all be happy to help.

Here are just a few of my tips for your stay at Catcha.
-Everything I have ever eaten there at Ivan's was fantastic but here are a few of IMO the not to miss choices: For breakfast the Jumbo Johnny Cakes are delicious, for lunch I always order the Calypso Trio, for dinner the Seafood Linguine is the best meal I have ever had in my life! The pumpkin soup is now my favorite of anywhere I have tried.
-Spend some time at the bar, especially with Carol and Ardia in the day and with Kevin and Ty at night. Stay around and catch one of Kevin and Ty's performances....especially when they use the flashy microphone, too funny!
-Interact with the staff as much as possible...Andrea and Mauvette at the front desk are amazing, Sanjay in the kitchen knows what he is doing for sure, Jackie the gardener is so nice.....wait until you see his photo shoot (a picture taken from a boardie during our last trip lol), and he surely knows what he is doing with the landscape and gardens at Catcha....all of the wait staff and bar staff are amazing! Carol, Ardia, Viviene, Kaniesha, Nicky, Kevin, Ty, Crystal, Barbara.....everyone they are awesome!

You will have a blast!

We are usually there in October too, celebrating our anniversary and my birthday, but not sure we will make it this October since we just got back a few weeks ago from an April trip.....but, you never know!
