Catcha advise--Need help from you experts!

This year we've decided to go Non AI. We've decided to split our stay between Idle Awhile and a few nights on the cliffs. Catcha has available the following....looking for advice. Libra and Sagi booked--Darn!!

Pisces....Is it too small?? We like the idea of our own cottage. I know its not the best view but the deck looks nice. Great price too (more money for drinks!!)
Gemini I & II...Both available but not sure how we'd like "sharing" a cottage??
Sun & Venus...Look nice, but I kinda like the old Jamaican feel of the other cottages ....not really looking for new and fancy.
Moon 2... Available but its only for the 2 of us, don't really need 2 bedrooms

Any advice you can share with me would be greatly apprieciated!!

Pisces is small, but it has it's own sweetness, small but intimate, cozy, romantic, out door shower, a nice little cottage in Negril. I am debating now on taking advantage of the special and Sagi is first choice, but Pisces is my second. But I have stayed in Moon and it is amazing too, I don't like the Geminis because I don't like the connecting space. The gate house is nice and really cozy, but it has no view to speak of, but it has a nice private little yard with more of a vibe of being in a yard in Jamaica, plus an outdoor shower.,

There is only one room that I would not like to stay in and that is Little Capricorn, but...... any opportunity I get to stay at Catcha I take it, even in Little Cap.

Book whichever fast, they go like hot cakes.

We are staying in Venus, and it's all about the view for me (we couldn't get Libra or Sagi either)! If you'll look at Sweetness's trip report (she has them labeled so you know where she was), you'll find pics of her stay in Venus about 2 weeks ago. The view is breathtaking, and I didn't see it as being too fancy.

There are no bad views at Catcha, on the ones that offer the view. Some are closer to the water, and in Sagi where you are right at the water, this is the best cottage in the yard. Last week we started off in Star and later moved to Sagi, after taking some of our belongings over to Sagi my daughter was dissapointed, 20 minutes after settling in and sitting on the veranda she turned to me with a smile, the veiw on the other side of the yard was breathtaking. But she had smiled every day while staying in Star. She actually slept on the veranda of Star the entire 3 days we were there.

We have stayed in Sun, Sagi and Venus (3x). Venus is our favorite hands down...

Sagi (aka my home) is definitely my favorite cottage

Out of the ones available that you have mentioned my two choices would either be Venus or Moon

Pisces is a cute place but quite small and close to the road, so there will be noise of the comings and goings on the property as well as the street, but it is quite a nice little cottage for the price and does have a nice deck and hammock, etc.

Gemini II is the better of the Geminis, bigger rooms than Pisces but does share a wall.

Sun and Venus are in the newer building. They are suites and they are extremely nice, I don't think anyone could ever find a negative thing to say about any of those rooms, and the views are spectacular.....you just can't go wrong.

Moon cottage is an incredible room. I prefer the Star only because it is a bit closer to the water and has that unbelievable outdoor bathroom area, but Moon is also really cool. This is however the only room out of those that you mentioned that does not have a/c so it might depend on what time of year you are going as to whether or not having a/c will be a big deal or not.
Moon is a really great cottage, with an awesome wrap around porch with a great big daybed.

But like it has been said many times before.....once you get there you will see.....you can't really go wrong anywhere you stay on that property! You will love it!

I would pick Moon...we stay in Star, and I love it...even if it's just the 2 of us!! Star and Moon are almost the same. I also love the cottage feel....and would pick a cottage over a room in the great house if possible. Just my 2 cents....MOON!!!

I have stayed in the Moon recently. WOW. That's all I can say. The place is amazing. The porch/daybed/hammock...the outdoor shower...the beds were comfy (I used them all lol) Would highly recommend staying here even if you dont have enough people to fill it.

Slept in Gemini once....smaller and more simple but very comfortable and cute....and it has AC.

I was able to tour around Sagi and I think Pisces (Booger is that the one you stayed in?) and they were both SO nice. I really can't imagine having any complaints about ANY of the accomodations at Catcha. They are a Class act and the property is incredible. You really can't go wrong.
