Yes, my wife and I did. Definately worth the trip in my opinion. Snorkeling was interesting with lots of area to cover. Starfish, urchins, fish, some small coral (not a lot) saw a couple of rays, etc. A party boat came in but was only there about an hour and a half then we had the beach mostly to ourselves again. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We personally were "not" hassled by anyone like would happen on 7 mile constantly.Originally Posted by SouthernRust
I would NOT call it swamp like just simply a cove off the main water. Secluded, peaceful, layed back are what I would use to describe the place.
We stayed for sunset and had lobster dinner (excellent) at a table above the beach and watched a wedding on the beach with a party of 3 (bride, groom, reverend)
Like someone one else in this thread said always be aware of your surroundings regardless of what location you are in at home or abroad.
