I think the place is right across the street from Value Master. You will find it right before you head over the bridge heading down the beach road. I used to sell drinks before....2 doors down from Digicel.

RIGHT across from Value Master, the Negril road sign that is pictured and two doors to the right of Digicel if you were facing Digicel about the go in and two doors to the left if you are going OUT of Digicel. RIght to you right as you come over the bridge to town.
