Thanks! It definitely is what I need. Been a long, tough couple of years. We are raising two teens...one girl and one boy, and if you have any kids, you know how those teen years are. Our son has high-functioning autism (Asperger's), and he is turning 18 this year. My wife jokes, "Well, we kept him alive!"..lol. My daughter is 12 and getting boy-crazy, and Dad is starting to dislike all boys of her age...haha.

When I went on my first trip to Jamaica I was dealing with a sever anxiety disorder. It was my first time out of country and we were traveling with my in-laws and both of our kids (also their first time out of country) and it fell on to me to make sure everybody was taken care of. Ever since we came back from Jamaica that first time, I have only had a couple of panic attacks! It is amazing what being in such a peaceful place can do for you body, mind, and soul! This year, my wife and I decided to stay on the cliffs just so we could get some extreme relaxation. I love the beach, but I do get tired of saying No Mon several hundred times a day...lol. We are staying at Samsara, so we can get the best of both worlds.

One of the most freeing times I've ever had was last reach, sitting at 3 Dives smoking a spliff as the sun went down over the beautiful Caribbean water. My soul aches for that feeling once again.

But soon come Mon!...every ting gonna be alright!
