I stayed at Hidden Paradise (not on the beach but beach acess) by myself for a week before my sister joined me.. I felt really safe from the first night .It was my first stay there and I will be going back. The staff are great,they have a pool and it was always clean, they have nice covered patios so if it rains you can sit there and still enjoy the view, the grounds are well kept. My other friends stayed at YB and said they are going to come to Hidden Paradise next year
