Yeah, I'm wondering that too! lol!

I remember watching Jim converse with the man with the strange herbs on the beach. I could see it clearly from the deck at Seasplash that night. I was wondering what he was selling and what they were discussing!
That was such a fun night for sure! I was happy to meet you, (especially since we showed up too late at Seastar the night before and missed seeing you) I wish we could have talked longer! Cindy was dancing all over the place, Spottycatz, Jim Donna, Tawnee, Bella Bea, Wpyogi..chicken! There were so many people partying at Seaspash that night, it's all a bit of a blur to me

Loved seeing that pic of the lionfish dish! I fell in love with Lionfish on my last trip (so delicious). I ate it every chance I got. This is how I conquered my fear too. That picture brought back my cravings for lionfish full force... I wish there was some way to get that here in the states.

I'm looking forward to reading more of your trip report. We saw you at Catcha the next night w/ Coco. We were going to walk over to the bar and say "hi" after finishing our dinner but then you were already gone!

I think that is the same rasta named Noel that we bought some fresh herbs, no not that kind...but medicinal teas, etc as well as incense and other items he had with him. He was a really nice rasta. Everything he sold was totally legal and it truly was an educational experience. He taught me quite a bit about the local plants and their uses. I'll post a picture we took of him on the cliffs in Dec.

hey, southernrust, I just read the jim morrison poem. not great for a tourism commercial, he had a bad trip me tinks, he dwelled on all of the negative, raw/gritty/dark although very real aspects of poverty. I see those things and think, I have the resources to help some of these beautiful, wonderful souls in a positive way. global family members, who because they were born 1000 miles away from me, had none of the opportunities that I had. If the tables were turned I hope someone would give me a hand up.
