Dave Escapes....P.N.S, Negril, and the Apparent Event Horizon (a trip report)

After breakfast Dave's wife takes a look out toward the beach..."looks OK" she says...
Dave heads back to the room to call for dinner reservations..."5:30, yes no problem. Your table will be ready"...nothing ever seems to be a problem at Catcha...things are looking up. :-)



After a little chillin' on the beach, it's time to attempt the impossible...
walking up the beach, past Coco, Sandy Haven, Sun Beach....Treehouse, then Seasplash...."Time for a walking beer, lets stop here" said Dave. His wife has no objection...The walking beer turned into a sitting beer, chillin' at the bar checking things out...the weather was still...ok...




Back on the path...it's looking a little cloudy when they arrive at Cosmo's




Drinks are ordered...food is ordered (curried octopus)... Dave forgets to take a picture of the food, this will be a recurring theme...
Then...the skies open up...Dave thinks this is great...He is under the thatch roof and dry, for now...



After a great lunch Dave plans his escape...a mad dash down the beach, south to Idle Awhile...it's not raining for now...
