Thank you Sweetness! I think I prefer the white rice with it too, to soak up all the yummy sauce. I made burritos for lunch for me and the kids, with some of the leftover chicken, rice, and some avocado, omg, it was so good! If I wanted to make brown stew fish, can I use the same recipe? (obviously cooking a lot LESS time for the fish!)

Tizzy, Thanks! It was actually SO easy to make,too. I was surprised! I had my friend's kids for the night, and it was their first time eating Jamaican food and they loved it.
