Doctoro,

Yes Rob, but I am a paper person, knowing that if it's not in black and white it does not have to be honored, so any correspondence from any transaction goes with me, hard copy in a folder, no problem. It saved me from getting over charged $100.00 US monthly when I first moved here. That's why it was my first thought.
And BTW I'm the type who would have even had the original promotion letter from the website offering the deal.

Doctoro,
Most tourists dont have the issue that you had "moving here"... it is always best to keep the information you post relevant.
There has been countless things I have experienced here in nearly 20 years living in Jamaica, literally hundreds of thousands of transactions, that were done with nothing more than a verbal agreement and the deal was kept by all parties involved.
But when booking a vacation, it is always smart to print out the confirmation and bring it with you.

I was there today, and everyone was in a great mood, particularly the staff. The GM is a nice lady.
She is indeed a nice lady but the real question Gerry is
Is she a nice lady .... that wants to be in the trip report?![]()
