I am seeing footeprintes on the sand for $272 room only just weighing up some deals on offer

The best deal for me is where I'm comfortable. I come home 3 or 4 times a year for 4 - 6 days. Spend a lot of time at the yard, beach is Cosmo's, diner is at Paula's or Seastar.

Room two is my favorite, G likes nine.

Seastar feels like home base and a comfortable old shoe. White rum at the bar...Sat night....WIFI is great all over the property (well, not so good in room 9).........

What's that worth?
