Bea, I don't think you can get a SIM card sent to you by the carrier, but you might want to send an email to LIME and Digi to confirm...JA has gotten strict about the ID thing...5 years ago I bought a phone from Claro in Negril and they just asked for my name and address, no ID. As to $$, just use an ATM. They work on the 25th and 26th, until they run out of $$!! We got JMD last 26th at the ScotiaBank ATM at the roundabout...there was money, but the litter of receipts on the floor of the booth was an inch thick!!
Or, just spend USD. It is universally accepted in Negril...and you will get JA back in change!!
