    Great! Thanks for the info Bnewb I will keep my eyes open and see what I can find. I Was just hoping to get my friend on saves water and electricity and makes washing clothes a lot easier than doing them by hand.

    I can't imagine shipping charges, though! Lemans is a company used by many Amish communities...we have bought some things from them...neat products!

    Thanks CD and yes I imagine shipping would bo out to lunch but those are what Im looking for.But I think in JA someone told me that no matter how much electricity you use you still pay the same so maybe I will just see if that is true and then maybe just get a regular washer.

    Beccajean...electricity/current is billed exactly the same as in North America...per kilowatt hour. Unfortunately, current here in JA is usually at a higher rate than most places!!
