In my book, 3 Dives was the best. Kuyaba came in a close second, however
Although I haven't had any bad lobster in Negril, either! I only had it three times on vacation. I should have had it every day!

We had lobster July 1st opening day of Lobster season at 3 Dives, and it was Delicious!
Anybody ever miss the claws?
Also - have you had the lobster at Office of Nature? Very simply prepared, but wow - they are fresh!
Don't understand. We have better cheaper lobster on the east coast of N.A and despite eating it at about every place in Negril I have yet to find a good lobster dinner in Negril. With al the Jam specialties available. I'll keep my lobster dinners for Maine or Nova Scotia. It must be the scenery!!
Well, to me, lobster is the food of the God's!! Yes, there are many differences in a Maine lobster and Jamaican...but they are ALL good to me. The smaller ones are somewhat sweeter! Personally, I would give anything to have a good lobster right now....freshly caught and prepared with some garlic butter and some callaloo! Perfect meal for me!!
Can't wait to get back and nyam it till mi belly full!!! LOL
That's it. Different. But I'm still going to search for that not over cooked Jamaican lobster with garlic butter. No heavy sauces; just lobster. And if I have to return a hundred times to find it...so be it !!

I ;ove the Lobster in Jamaica!!! My first was many years ago while on the beach at Hedonism II..they guy was walking along with a bucket of fresh lobsters and was selling them for $5 and $10us...we all brought one and the chef on the nude side grilled them for us. The next day we brought ALL the Lobsters from that man!!! We were living it up....indisposed and eating garlic butter fresh grilled lobster in Jamaica on the beach!!! LOL
