I am a first time traveler to Jamacia. I have desided to stay at Negril...but that is about all i have desided. This is gonna be a surprise for my wife and i want it to be as close to perfect as i can make it. I do think i want an AI resort so i dont have to worry about much. I am wanting to stay somewhere nice...but dont want to feel like i "don't belong" The thing i like about he Jamacian way of life is the laid back attitude that they have...and i wanna stay somewhere like that. I dont really wanna stay somewhere that feels just like a common hotel. I THINK i have narrowed it down to Couples Negril and Couples Swept Away. Does anyone have any imput on these 2 or wanna stear me somewhere else. One thing i know i wanna do is sucba dive...since there really is nowhere in Illinois where i live that i can do anything like that. Also I am looking for stuff to do off resort also. I am planing on staying 7 nights next April. April is a good time to visit right? I am looking for stuff both exciting and laid back. Wanting to maybe see one of the waterfall places...the blue hole....or whatever its called....and dont know what else. Sorry for all the questions...just wanting to make this as perfect for my wife as i can.
