    Calling all great cooks

    Hey boardie family,
hubby and I found some wonderful Red Snapper filets at our local supermarket. We want to make Escoveitched fish and I'm hoping you would have a tried and true recipe that you can share with us.
We have several cook books and they all call for different ingredients. One even has Soy sauce in it. For some reason that does not sound right.
BTW, we even found Chocho at our Walmart.
I really hope to make this tonight so please let me hear from you.
    Thanks!!!

This is one that is very good and I have tried. The measurements may need to be adjusted to taste but it was good.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QXpDZokL2FU
