Hop on scooter, roll out to west end pastry shop. I think he opens at like 6:00. Riding early like that is super nice. Get some coconut bread is it? Whatever that stuff is it's delicious!

I run a great schedule in the mornings ,,,I get up shower then i go for my walk to the out of town pastry shop and back to the sea starr inn,,,then chill on portch with a beer then off to breakfast and a swimm ,,its the only way to go!!

I will tell you Sunday morning! Likley have a strong link to Blue Mountain Coffee, smelling the scents and watching hummingbirds! And I will for sure remember your words, Ras! Praise the Almighty I am waking up in his earthbound Paradise!
My husband fires one up. I light a smoke, drink a cup of coffee. Then after the coffee is gone, crack open a Red Stripe...AHHHH! Soon come!
Long walk on the beach, if on the cliffs.. then its coffee, rum cream and smoke by the sea
