We have a timeshare at Beaches Sandy Bay which we have owned since
before Sandals took over management.
The management reverts to the original Poincianna owners-->Poinciana Beach Club
They plan to re-open with the following changes:
The Resort will remain an All-Inclusive property
There will be non-motorized Water sports. We have not finalized Scuba diving as yet.
There will be a tour desk which will offer shopping.
There will be the same amount of Restaurants.
We have not finalized our rates as yet so I am not able to quote you a rate for additional nights or for the Reggae Marathon. We are hoping to have those by August 1st.
There will be transportation from Montego Bay Airport to the Resort and the cost will be finalized by September 15.
We have not finalized our rate structure as yet so it is difficult to say which Resort we will be competing with in Negril.
There will be nightly entertainment and daily activities but there will be no Sesame Street
