Anyone know what the admission fee is for the Appletons Tour?
It was $12 US last year. That is about $1000 Jamaican (which, I believe is the actual Admission Price).

It is well worth the admission, if you are a rum lover, as it includes a tasting at the end.
Not to mention the guided tour of the grounds, rum factory, and cask storage areas by a VERY knowledgeable guide of both the current methods and history of rum making.
I thoroughly enjoyed it.
There is also a restaurant on-site, as well as store where you can buy all varieties of Appleton products at great prices.

The trip to Appleton Estate is a great ride. You go through a place called Border where you can eat some really great stuff from roadside vendors including the best bammy on the island Then through Holland Bamboo which is called Bamboo Avenue. Up the hills thru Maggotty to the village of Siloah where Appleton Estate is located.
I spent 3 days a week at the Estate for years and I really want to get back.
This is a great day trip and you'll come home with a new understanding of the sugar / rum industry.
Highly recommended!
