Good advice?

This will be our first trip to Negril. My Baby deserves a Banging honeymoon. I was wondering if anyone had good advice for making it a smooth trip and a total success?
Things we might forget? Things we need to know? I am already putting prearrange ride from airport to first place we are staying on the list. We already are planning to split the trip between a beach spot and one in the cliffs. Many Thanks.
