Westender inn has recently teamed with Award Winning Chef Anthony Mair.
Anthony recently provided a 6 course meal for a group of guests. The theme of the night was lobster!!!
Starting things off was a Calaloo and Lobster Cream Soup with garlic butter seared lobster. Next up was a Lobster Salad with dijon scotch bonnet mayo. For an appetizer, guests enjoyed Lobster Quesadilla with cream cheese and caramalized onions. Two entrees filled everyone's plate. Grilled Lobster with jerk honey butter and Lobster Thermidor accompanied by mashed sweet potatoes w/ lobster. The finale was Coconut Encrusted Honey Banana with rum chocolate sauce and home made vanilla ice cream.
