Hi purplelvr. We stayed at Citronella in April for 5 wonderful days. To answer your questions, they do have a order to eat resturant. There are a wonderful US couple who cook what you want. There is fresh fish straight from the boat almost every day and you can chose what you prefer. There is breakfast in the morning which is all good. There are no deliveries to the room so far as I understand. The idea of Citronella is that the cottages are so isolated, you don't see anyone else unless you really want to. I don't remember a blender in the cottage, but the fridge was big, so plenty of room for beer etc. There is a supermarket a five minute walk down the road that sells most stuff. It has a good range of drink.
When we were there, they were building a resturant and bar at the side of Cirtronella, but it may take a while to complete. When are you going?
To be honest, it's one of Negril's secret places. After five days there, we were so chilled and at one with the place, that taking on the beach and all it's quirks was easy. You will love it if you are expecting basic, rustic, no frills simplicity.
