Gail you are a beautiful soul and a woman of such grace. Does anyone have info on Courtney the carver that was onsite at GP? I hope he finds a new home where his work can be showcased and shared. Best to all for this transition.

I was wondering: As employees of Sandals corporation, wouldn't the workers be given priority for the next available jobs at Sandals Negril and/or Beaches? It seems that would be fair.
I just called GP and spoke to Keri Ann. I gave her the message to have those mentined call Gail. When I told her about the posts, she was very touched by the concern and care. She is going to pass the message on to Jackie, Hyacinth, etc.
From what I know of past Sandals closings, they do try to place the employees at other Sandals/Beaches resorts, however sometimes that means on other islands.. Some of our favorites from Sandals Dunn's River were placed at the Beaches location in the Turks.. I would imagine for many of the staff members that have families an offer like that wouldn't be too appealing..Originally Posted by gerryg123
