I've noticed that water surface temps are increasing a touch, that 1st wave is interesting, but the second wave doesn't look like it is going to have any upper level winds to knock it down. Been watching these maps for years, not at the proffesional level you had to use Captain, but some days it's akin to watching paint dry, I would be interested to hear a running commentary from someone with your experience as one of those depressions wanders accross the Atlantic.
