I'm a certified Rescue Diver and I've been scuba diving in Negril for years and have used most of the dive operators. My personal favorite is Marine Life Divers. The primarily operate out of Samsara Hotel on the cliffs but also have a beach location they use. They have great prices and offer free pickup and dropoff.
