Wedding question

For the second time we are helping to plan a wedding in Negril. It would be next September on the cliffs and this time the kids don't want to have a religious service. Does anyone know of a justice of the peace who could do a civil ceremony?

We were married on the beach in Negril in 2009 and had just a civil (non-religious) ceremony. The gentlemen that married us was Rev. Trevor Ruddock. We made all the arrangements through Dawn at Jamaica Elegant Weddings (jamaicaelegantweddings.com) so I don't have his contact information, but I'm sure she would be more than happy to help you out.
