Negril one stop has a picture from Catcha as to what it will look like on their facebook page. They also have pricing. I think they are renting it as of 10/1/12.

It looks like it is beyond Sagi sort of in front of Star, maybe a little closer to Banana Shout? Also curious if if will be more like a modern cottage inside or like one of the newer rooms in the latest add on. Looks like it would be cool to share the building with another couple who you want to hang out with.
