Thanks everyone for the kind words.
The week between Christmas and New Years is always a slow one at my job, so I thought I'd make good use of my time and wrap-up this trip report. The sooner I get this done, the sooner I can get started on our October report.
Sunday
Today is the day we go to YS Falls. We had planned on taking one big excursion this trip and YS Falls was our choice. Talking to some of the locals, we were told that Sunday is a good day to visit the falls, since it is less crowded. So, we made arrangements with Chris, the in-house driver at HSH, for an afternoon excursion.
Not much else to say, except that we had an incredible time. If you've been to YS Falls then you know how much fun it is. The day we were there the water was "high and brown", which mean that the falls were a little rough, due to the heavy rains they were experiencing. Because of this, we received a discount on admission. Anyway, I will let the pictures tell the rest of the story.

Once we were finished at YS Falls, I asked Chris if we could stop for some jerk pork on the way home. We stopped at a couple different places up in the hills and, apparently, jerk pork is hard to come by on Sundays. Some places, only had chicken that day and others were closed all together. We ended up stopping at The Jerk Hut, which is in King's plaza near the roundabout. I thought the pork was pretty good, while Mrs. D and Chris enjoyed their chicken.
So, keep in mind, if you're ever looking for jerk pork in a pinch - try The Jerk Hut.
Monday
I don't remember much about Monday. I'm pretty sure we just chilled around the hotel during the day.
For dinner, I know we went to LTU. The food was outstanding (I had the chicken Lola) and we washed it down with some killer rum punches.
(Excuse the blurriness. Mrs. D. insists on taking night shots without a flash.)

We always book a private transfer ... you pay a bit more but if you want to make a few stops for cold red stripe or food it is no problem. We stopped by HSH and it looked like a great place and the cliffs are super relaxing! Looks like you are enjoying your trip ... can't wait till Sunday when my feet hit the sand.

Jaherring, we love LTU, as well. Great food and just a great place to chill.
Thanks trvsmlls! glad you're enjoying it.
Hahaha! Thanks murph! As i recall, those rum punches were potent. I think I switched to rum and Ting after that, and it was all downhill from there.
