We crossed the road over to Swordfish, nice little place with a great view. Time to take a little break from the beer and have some wata, gotta pace myself as there are a lot of stops and I don't want to be feeling green for my dive in the morning. Next stop C&D country bar, but it seems like nobody is up for some line dancing. Not enough booze in them yet I guess. A lot of discussion about the cakes, still not convinced to give them a try though. I think this is where Larry wandered off, it's kinda fuzzy now. Thank goodness for Groove and Janet keeping an eye out for him.

We took a drive down Ella Lane and on the way back up to the main road we stopped in front of Bentley's and he came on the bus to tell us about his dinners with "five things on the plate". Come hungry! Got a good pic of Bentley and Elvis. That man is a riot. Can't wait to go and have dinner with him.

At Choices she had out some menu samples, good chicken and I tried breadfruit for the first time. My life is complete now! Had a good talk with Lenbert and heard his theory on Pi. Next stop Xtabi and I'm super excited to try a dirty banana there, was told they are the best. I would have to say it was worth the wait, pretty darned good. Still not as good as Maureen's though . Wandered around the caves for a bit, definitely have to come back and spend some time snorkeling here.

a "Boardie Down!" hall of fame (or shame?) may have to be created. I have heard enough stories I have been fortunate enough to have my own personal boardie down episodes in the semi-privacy of my room. And no, I am not volunteering to go up in the hall of fame--what happens in Negril never really happened.

Bentley is a character and a great chef. If you remember, he can use some more Old Bay as he cannot source it in Negril. No crab cakes without it. I think I'm going to start an Old Bay pyramid on his shelf so no one goes without crab cakes as we did on our July trip.
