Back 2 days from a 21 day stay.... My passport was stamped allowing me to stay to November 13th, too bad it didn't say. "Juli you are not allowed to return home until November 13th!!!"
Really, I found someone to thread my earbrows ($20.00), facial (honey & cornmeal), why come home? Oh! yes, work.... I need money. See you all in December for treatment for this addiction

I've heard there is no "cure" for this addiction - only continuous treatment, such as the loving support of fellow boardies and I've found booking my next trip before I leave current one helps the painful "leaving the island syndrome".

That's why we have the message board, guys. It's here to support us in our addiction. We can share symtoms and treatments. Mine has a slight violent manifestation - when I read about people going and I'm not, I tend to yell I HATE YOU really loudly at the screen! Especially when it's freakin' -30 here at home! But I'm learning to deal with it. Appleton helps; eating a mango helps, but Appleton is better, really. It takes the edge off! Webcasts are good, too, particularly if coupled with a chat and Appleton!!!

We are all in the same boat - or maybe mentally on the same island in our minds. It's not such a bad thing. I mean, it could be worse. Everyone has their cross to bear, and this is ours. Wow.

And I'm gonna put myself out there for all of you. If you ever just have to go, and are afraid, just buy me a ticket (one way would work!) and I will go there and be there with you! I know. It's the ultimate giving and sacrifice, but I'd do it for my friends ...... it's just who I am!

So many people; one addiction! It's something in the sand or the palm trees. Or maybe something in the water.

    One love!

I'm loving ALL the replies here but this one, well, freakin' hilarious. Just remember steph, Greg is in there somewhere, you just need to coax him out and I'll bet you know a few of the releases! REALLY looking forward to Catcha in the spring and getting to meet you 4 (Gary, Steph, Greg and Sandy)
What's so funny 'bout Peace, Love and Understanding?
